AI Dispatcher for Plumbers & HVAC Pros in Emeryville, CA

Built for how Emeryville actually calls

Emeryville is dense and fast-moving — apartment buildings, Bay Street condos, offices along Powell Street, and commercial kitchens that can't afford to wait on a plumber. When a property manager near the marina has a flood in a unit, or a restaurant off Powell Street loses hot water at lunch rush, they call the first shop that picks up. If you're already on a ladder in a job near the Pixar campus, that call is going to your competitor. East Bay Dispatch answers every call on the first ring, so the emergency work lands on your schedule.

What your dispatcher does

• Answers every call as your business — by name, like a real dispatcher at your desk
• Qualifies the job: service type, urgency, address, and contact details
• Books the job straight into your schedule
• Sends the customer an SMS confirmation with the appointment details
• Covers nights, weekends, and holidays — after-hours calls get handled, not voicemail
• Escalates complex or unclear jobs to you instead of guessing
