AI Dispatcher for Plumbers & HVAC Pros in San Ramon, CA
Missed calls are missed jobs — and in the trades, a missed job is $400 to $800 walking to your competitor. East Bay Dispatch is an AI phone dispatcher for your shop: it answers every call 24/7 in your business's name, figures out what the customer needs, books the slot on your schedule, and texts them a confirmation. You stay on the tools. It handles the phones.
Call (510) 555-0134San Ramon, covered like a local
From Bishop Ranch to Dougherty Valley, San Ramon is corporate campuses and master-planned neighborhoods — customers who value speed and professionalism above all. A facility manager at City Center Bishop Ranch doesn't leave voicemails; a homeowner off Crow Canyon Road books whoever confirms a time first. East Bay Dispatch answers with your business name, gets the details right, and texts a confirmation before the caller hangs up.
What your dispatcher does
- Answers as your business. Callers hear your shop's name, not a call center or a robot greeting.
- Qualifies the job. Service type, urgency, address, and a contact number — the same questions a good dispatcher asks.
- Books into your schedule. Real appointments on your calendar, not a message for you to sort out later.
- Texts a confirmation. The customer gets an instant SMS with their appointment details — no more "did they book me?"
- Covers after hours. Nights, weekends, holidays. The phone rings at 11 p.m.; a job still gets booked.
- Escalates the tricky ones. Complex or unusual jobs get flagged and handed to you — it knows when to bring in the boss.

Common questions
Does it sound like a robot?
No. It speaks naturally, introduces itself as your shop's dispatcher, and follows a normal conversation. Most callers just think they reached your office.
What happens after hours?
The same thing that happens at noon: it answers, qualifies the job, and books it. Emergency calls get flagged so you see them first thing — or right away, your call.
Is this for my trade?
If you run a plumbing, electrical, or HVAC shop in the East Bay, yes. We don't do solar — just the trades where a fast answer wins the job.
